The RN Informaticist works closely between Daniels Memorial Healthcare staff/department managers and Billings Clinic regional team working to analyze, implement and evaluate our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Works with Billings Clinic regional team to resolve any issues with our information systems, and to educate staff on updates to workflows in the EHR. Evaluates and guides our value-based initiatives as they pertain to quality improvement systems through the EHR. Works will all patient-care staff to train and troubleshoot issues pertaining to the EHR. Computer systems experience with Office 365 and CERNER are preferred.
