The Quality and Safety Program Manager supports the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care within the Department of Radiation Oncology by coordinating quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory, and accreditation activities. Working in partnership with the Director of Quality and Safety, this role serves as a key resource for the department's quality management program, leading the administration of quality and safety processes, monitoring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. The role collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, radiation therapists, physicists, dosimetrists, administrators, and network partners to advance a culture of safety, quality, and high reliability.
