Job Summary : This role is responsible for maintaining 24-hour accountability across departments and programs. The position provides strategic leadership aligned with both Corporate and Service Line/Program Missions. Job Summary : Provides leadership, manages, and coordinates delivery of patient care, quality and patient safety activities within oncology services. Oversees the oncology needs of groups of patients and their families by teaching and supervising RNs and CNAs provided evidence-based care. Monitors patient and health care outcomes and applies best practice nursing strategies for the benefit of patients and their families.  Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served,  consistent with the corporate, division, and departmental mission statement and values.
