Job Summary: This role is responsible for maintaining 24-hour accountability across departments and programs. The position provides strategic leadership aligned with both Corporate and Service Line/Program Missions. Duties include managing operations and staff for Outpatient Infusion Centers, overseeing outpatient nursing competencies, and ensuring continuing education meets accreditation requirements for oncology services at CaroMont Health. The leader will guide the Medical Oncology portion of the Oncology Service Line and supervise CaroMont Hematology & Oncology, Oncology Nurse Navigation Services, Research Administration, Genetics, and Survivorship programs. Additionally, they will act as the Continuing Education Coordinator for COC and NAPBC accreditation committees.
Qualifications: BSN required; Master’s Degree in appropriate healthcare field from an accredited college or university preferred. Current RN license to practice in North Carolina (NC licensure or multi-state [compact] license). BLS is required. At least five years of leadership responsibility in oncology related programs. Thorough knowledge of leadership/management theories and applications. Positive and effective interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge and skills of motivation and group dynamics
