Job Description

OakLeaf Surgical Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist III to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in a physician-owned, specialty surgical hospital. In this advanced role, you will perform complex radiologic exams, support surgeons and clinical teams during operative and inpatient/outpatient procedures, and ensure strict adherence to radiation safety standards. You'll work in a patient-first, collaborative environment that values compassionate care, professionalism, and continuous improvement while contributing directly to excellent surgical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging for surgical and inpatient/outpatient procedures
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment in accordance with safety standards
  • Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff during procedures
  • Review images for quality and assist providers with image-based decision-making
  • Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support continuous improvement, teamwork, and patient-first initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
