SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY 0800-1630 JOB SUMMARY:  He/She will ensure the performance of efficient, quality management procedures to promote a well-functioning office. Responsibilities will include scheduling of home health therapy visits, clerical and computer tasks, filing, planning, and organizing the work of the clerical staff and promotion of appropriate and efficient office communication. Responsible for coordinating maintenance and upkeep of Comfort House including equipment and grounds through Plant Operations staff. Works in close cooperation with the Director of Home Health and Hospice to carry out functions of the agency.

JOB SUMMARY: This position provides courteous and professional assistance to all patients and visitors contacting the clinic.  Primary job duties include prompt and courteous patient registration, receiving and directing incoming calls and medical data entry.
