Job Details Description SCHEDULE: 0700-1900 JOB SUMMARY: Collaborates with the health care team using evidence based practice, demonstrating accountability, respect for patients, families and coworkers, while providing safe and optimal patient outcomes.   Promotes continuity of care by communicating effectively with interdisciplinary team and family as appropriate. Directs the work of the support staff in the provision of care.   Performs general nursing duties using critical thinking skills with minimal supervision.   Able to work with the age specific populations according to the setting.
