JOB SUMMARY:  RN-MED/SURG/TELEMETRY: Coordinates and provides direct nursing care for patients, participates in patient and their representatives teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with physicians, ancillary services, and other members of the patient care team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice.
