Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharmacist degree. Pharm.D. preferred. Minimum three years' experience in hospital pharmacy preferred. Hospital setting experience required; retail pharmacy experience is not acceptable. Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient authorization processes, managed care requirements, and appeals procedures preferred.
