JOB SUMMARY The Cardiac Rehabilitation RN provides specialized nursing care to patients recovering from cardiac events such as heart attacks, surgeries, or chronic cardiovascular conditions. This role focuses on promoting heart health through patient education, supervised exercise, lifestyle modification, and emotional support. JOB FUNCTIONS Job Duties: Assess patients’ physical and emotional readiness for cardiac rehab programs, post surgery and  throughout their outpatient program. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, exercise physiologists, and dietitians. Monitor patients during exercise sessions, including vital signs and ECG readings.
