Job Details Description   JOB SUMMARY: As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in empowering patients to achieve their highest level of function and independence—all within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Using your clinical skills and compassionate care, you’ll help individuals regain mobility, restore confidence, and improve their overall quality of life. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will assist in delivering both direct and indirect physical therapy interventions in accordance with the patient’s individualized treatment plan and state practice guidelines.
