Job Details Description Location/Department:  Hospital - Cardiac Rehab PRN Job Summary: Renders professional nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Rehab program in accordance with physician orders & established department policies & procedures. Assess patient’s conditions, provides treatment, observes, reports & records pertinent observation & response to treatment & exercise. Supervisory Responsibilities:   None Duties/Responsibilities: Uses only approved abbreviations. Understands patient safety goals & actions taken. Demonstrates awareness of patient rights. Uses 2 patient identifiers before giving treatments, demonstrates process. Understands read back of verbal orders/critical lab values & can state process.
