Our HCA facility in Virginia is in need of ICU APP coverage starting in May for day and night coverage. Candidates must have an active Virginia license and DEA. Must be board certified. The average patient volume is 10-12 per day. Shifts are 12 hours. Intensivists are in house. Candidates need to be comfortable performing central lines, arterial lines and intubations. They utilize Meditech EMR.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced critical care APP who enjoys high-acuity medicine, autonomy, and close collaboration with intensivists in a dedicated ICU environment. The provider will support a 10-bed ICU managing critically ill adult patients overnight, including admissions, cross-coverage, rapid response, and complex ICU care. This is a true ICU position and is not an outpatient, urgent care, primary care, aesthetic medicine, or clinic-based role. The ideal candidate will have recent ICU, Critical Care, Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Pulmonary/Critical Care APP experience and be comfortable independently managing critically ill patients during overnight shifts.
