Job Details Description SCHEDULE: 7A-7P ; 7P-7A JOB SUMMARY: Pella Regional Health Center’s RN New Graduate Residency is a unique employment opportunity for RN's who are looking to train in several specialty nursing positions within PRHC.  He/she will have the opportunity to orient to our Medical Surgical Unit, Post-Partum and the Emergency Department. The Surgery department and Hospice will also be potential opportunities as time permits.  The shifts will be balanced between night and day shifts and last for about 6 months.  As new graduates, candidates will be supported in a supplemental Nurse Residency program as well.
