Job Details Description JOB SUMMARY: Provides comprehensive dietetic service to the Med/Surg and OB patients. Will demonstrate the ability to provide services to infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.  Ensures that appropriate menus and diets are provided according to physician instruction, nutritional assessment and patient preference. JOB DUTIES: Serves as an active member of the interdisciplinary team by conducting comprehensive nutrition screening and assessments on patients using the Nutrition Care Process to establish a nutrition diagnosis and intervention. Provides dietetic services to Med/Surg, ICU, and OB. Demonstrates a thorough and up to date knowledge of the application of medical nutrition therapy to the implementation of a care plan for individual patients.
