The Respiratory Therapist participates in clinical decision-making and patient education, develops and implements respiratory care plans, applies patient-driven protocols, utilized evidence-based clinical practice guidelines, and participates in health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management. The Respiratory Therapist may be required to exercise considerable independent judgment, under the supervision of a physician, in the respiratory care of patients.

Pay $140,000. - $165,000 annual salary  DOE Schedule Full Time: Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental Benefits, & 403B Retirement plan available  Description The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) at Willapa Medical Clinic, a designated Rural Health Clinic, provides primary healthcare, patient education, and health promotion within the scope of practice authorized by Washington State regulations. The ARNP consults with the sponsoring physician or designated alternate when additional medical guidance or referral is required. The ARNP adheres to all approved policies and procedures and ensures compliance with all Rural Health Clinic requirements.
