    Job Summary:   To perform various non-invasive vascular examinations in order to assess for vascular disease.  Operation of ultrasound equipment including two-dimensional imaging, Pulsed Doppler and Color Flow Doppler.  To educate and prepare the patient for the exam, maintain vascular accreditation requirements and when necessary, assist with invasive vascular procedures. Qualifications:   Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) required.   At least six months experience preferred. Considerable skill in performing various vascular ultrasound examinations.   Ability to accept new responsibilities as new equipment/examinations are introduced. Ongoing participation in continuing education. Ability to work closely with physicians and ancillary staff. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability  

Job Summary :   To perform various ultrasound procedures, including education and preparation of the patient and operation of ultrasound equipment.  To perform general and vascular ultrasound procedures, as well as portable ultrasound exams in the operating room or special care areas within the hospital and at outpatient centers as needed. Qualifications :   Graduate of an accredited ultrasound technology program (or if candidate was grandfathered for certification prior to 2010).  Registered in both General and Vascular Sonography (must obtain first registry {general or vascular} within 12 months of hire date and then complete the remaining registry within 18 months of hire date) by ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI. On-going participation in continuing education.
