DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Under the direct supervision of the Outpatient Rehab Manager, the Physical Therapist evaluates and treats all patients referred for physical therapy in the Outpatient setting; prepares reports and communicates patient progress to MDs and other clinical staff; contributes to the development of the department. SUPERVISION: Reports directly to the Director of Physical Medicine RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide direct patient care. Designs and implements a plan of care for the patient based on assessment.
