Kettering Health is seeking a Surgical Technician to support safe, compassionate care in our faith-based, patient-centered surgical services. This role prepares operating rooms, organizes instruments and supplies, and maintains a sterile field for a variety of procedures. The Surgical Technician anticipates surgeon needs, assists with patient positioning and prepping, and performs accurate counts to ensure safety. Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you'll support infection prevention, equipment care, and room turnover while upholding whole-person care for patients and colleagues.
