Job Description In collaboration with the attending orthopedic surgeon, the provider will prepare and document patient histories, develop and implement plans of care, participate in daily rounds, and document symptoms, findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans. The provider will utilize the electronic medical record for order entry and documentation, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, respond to coding and documentation queries, and assist with quality and safety initiatives as requested.
