The Diabetes Technologies and Care Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to perform all administrative aspects of the Diabetes Technology program (Program) which includes Insulin Pumps and Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities of the Job: 1. Day-to-day tasks focus on administrative duties such as managing pertinent paper work related to assisting patients in the procurement of diabetes technology devices (insulin pumps and CGM) and related supplies. 2.
