Job Details Description JOB SUMMARY: The I/T Educator is responsible for training of staff, new and experienced.  The position will provide education on usage of applications used at Pella Regional Health Center (PRHC) as well as training on updates to the system.  This position will provide ongoing education and a standardized approach of service delivery.  Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing training sessions for new providers and clinical staff (including nurses, technicians, etc.) on the use of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Provide elbow support and just-in-time training to address knowledge gaps as they are identified.
