Job Details Description SCHEDULE: 40 HOURS WEEKLY, EVERY 3RD WEEKEND JOB SUMMARY: This position works in close cooperation with the Clinical Dietitian and Nutrition Supervisors to perform a wide variety of diet office tasks relating to the transfer of information concerning patients/residents diets.  This position functions as the lead person for the Room Service program.  Utilizes DFM & Meditech software.  Will be knowledgeable of modified diets. Will demonstrate the ability to provide services to infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Job Details Description SCHEDULE: 0630-1500 WEEKEND ROTATION: Every 3rd Weekend JOB SUMMARY: Performs a variety of duties related to the production and serving of food to patients, residents, staff, visitors, and special functions. Functions as a member of the department’s team to continuously improve services.
