We are currently seeking (1) Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist for our Cahokia Schools! This is a 9-month (academic school year) position!  Job Summary: The Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist provides quality direct and indirect patient care to adolescents in the School District on an annual contract basis. Functions and Duties: · Maintains accurate program and client documentation, including medical records. · Conducts brief psychological assessments, develops and implements a plan of treatment, facilitates referrals, and follow-up treatment. · Demonstrates knowledge and skills to work with diverse group of clients based upon diagnoses and age specific needs. · Provides individual therapy and family sessions. · Documentation will be completed timely and accurately. · Provides appropriate discharge planning for clients to include assisting the client with setting up discharge appointments. · Acts as a liaison between...
