Summary The ER Technician/CNA is responsible for performing general duties related to behavioral health patients arriving to the ED and providing a safe environment with continuous visual monitoring. Education and Formal Training:    Completion of approved basic EMT course.  Current North Carolina EMT certificate.  CPR certification within one month of hire date. New employees will be expected to attain current certification as defined by hospital policy.
