***This position is intended for Lake Wylie Medical Office Building but you will remain in your current position until confirmed by manager of an appropriate date to allow for adequate orientation/training.
Job Summary: Provides front office support duties including, but not limited to: greeting and welcoming patients, providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone, collecting co-payments, scheduling appointments, updating missing patient demographics, obtaining referrals and pre-certifications, and other clerical duties as assigned. Communicates and models mission and values of CaroMont Health.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months customer service experience required. Medical Office experience preferred.
