Job Summary : This role is responsible for maintaining 24-hour accountability across departments and programs. The position provides strategic leadership aligned with both Corporate and Service Line/Program Missions. Duties include managing operations and staff for Outpatient Infusion Centers, overseeing outpatient nursing competencies, and ensuring continuing education meets accreditation requirements for oncology services at CaroMont Health. The leader will guide the Medical Oncology portion of the Oncology Service Line and supervise CaroMont Hematology & Oncology, Oncology Nurse Navigation Services, Research Administration, Genetics, and Survivorship programs. Additionally, they will act as the Continuing Education Coordinator for COC and NAPBC accreditation committees.
