Shift: 8:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience:
Scrub experience is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Required Credentials:
Successful completion of a Surgical Technology Program.

Unit Details:
Primarily an adult inpatient operating room with a small volume of outpatient procedures; the OR also performs procedures on infants and children younger than 18.
Cases include cardiac/thoracic, general surgery, minimally invasive, colorectal, bariatric, gynecology, oral maxillofacial, neuro/neuro spine, orthopedic/orthopedic spine, otolaryngology, plastics, transplant, urology, vascular, robotic (urology/gynecology/oral), and trauma procedures.

Floating Requirements:
Float to sister site HCC as needed.

Shift & Scheduling:
No call.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C
