Director of Nursing, Emergency Department

Pay: $114,400 to $170,560 per year
Lead the Emergency Department nursing team in Aiken, driving high-quality patient care in one of healthcare's most fast-paced environments.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current South Carolina RN license
- CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- 3+ years of emergency nursing experience
- Healthcare management experience
- Knowledge of fiscal and HR management
- Strong independent decision-making skills
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership to the Emergency Department nursing team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Develop and manage department budgets and resources
- Lead staffing, hiring, and HR practices within the ED
- Build a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and ED flow
Nice-to-Haves
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field
- Up to 5 years of experience in emergency nursing leadership

- $114,400 to $170,560 per year
