Shift: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: General, neuro, and robotics experience or must-have skills are required.
Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Eligibility as a current/previous employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Clinicians must be in state during the week of orientation, even if the first day’s modules are remote. Schedules are set, with block scheduling available as an option.
Unit Details: The OR averages 30 cases per day. Common cases include general, ortho, robotics, neuro, spine, urology, and ENT.
Shift & Scheduling: The assignment includes ~120 hours of call total per contract, self-scheduled between weekday and weekend. One weekend shift is required per 6 weeks. Holiday call coverage is preferred but not required. Call response time is 30 minutes; a sleep room is available on site if needed.
Floating Requirements: In an extreme need, the clinician may float within Zone 1: PEN, SFH, SFI, SMC, or STM.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
