Physician - Pain Medicine

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens opportunity with a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule, 5 days per week, 8am-5pm with flexibility on timing
• Conduct office visits, follow-up visits, and pain management procedures
• Perform spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, and injections
• 15 patient encounters per shift in a 5-bed department
• Board certification required (minimum certified)
• Active Wisconsin license or IMLC required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• Nearest airports include Rhinelander Airport and Central WI Airport
• Lodging options available including Best Western, The Pointe, and AmericInn

Compensation:
