Travel MedSurg RN

Gifted Healthcare is hiring a Travel MedSurg RN for an assignment in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Responsibilities

• Provide direct Med
• Surg nursing care to adult patients, including assessments, medication administration, and care planning
• Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and promptly respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health, and hospital staff to coordinate high-quality, safe patient care
• Document all care, assessments, and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Follow all hospital and nursing policies, infection control, and safety protocols
• Float as needed within scope of practice and adapt quickly to new units and workflows
• Communicate effectively with the Gifted Healthcare team regarding assignments and scheduling
