Local MedSurg RN

Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Local MedSurg RN to join our clinician-centered team in Edmond, Oklahoma. In this on-site hospital role, you will provide comprehensive care to adult medical-surgical patients, including assessments, IV therapy, medication administration, and care coordination. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes, while educating patients and families. Responsibilities

• Deliver direct Med
• Surg nursing care to a diverse adult patient population
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments per provider orders
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control
• Participate in shift handoffs and communicate changes in patient status
