WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks an OB/GYN Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound exams in a fast-paced clinical setting. In this patient-centered role, you will conduct first through third trimester studies, gynecologic scans, biophysical profiles, and Doppler assessments while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and privacy. You will collaborate closely with OB/GYN providers, follow established imaging protocols, and accurately document findings in the EHR. Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality OB/GYN ultrasounds including first, second, and third trimester studies
- Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and privacy throughout exams
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain ultrasound equipment following safety and quality standards
- Document findings and capture accurate images for physician review and diagnosis
- Collaborate with OB/GYN providers, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care
- Follow established scanning protocols, ACR/AIUM guidelines, and facility procedures
- Verify patient identity, medical history, and indications; update electronic health records
- Recognize urgent or abnormal findings and promptly communicate to appropriate clinicians
- Maintain exam rooms, manage supplies, and support workflow efficiency
- Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, and regulatory compliance requirements
