Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret complex laboratory tests across multiple disciplines to support accurate diagnosis and treatment
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory analyzers and instrumentation
- Validate, document, and report test results in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards
- Ensure compliance with quality control, safety, and infection-prevention protocols
- Mentor, train, and serve as a technical resource for junior technologists and lab staff
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to prioritize and expedite critical testing
- Participate in process improvement, instrument validation, and implementation of new testing methodologies
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and inventory of reagents and supplies
