Work hours: Full-Time, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday with rotating holidays and weekends

• Master's Degree Dietetics, Food and Nutrition or related area required
• 4 Years direct care experience as a Clinical Dietitian Required
• RD - Registered Dietitian upon hire pref
• LD - Licensed Dietitian 6 Months pref
What You Will Do
•Utilizes each step of the Nutrition Care Process effectively and efficiently to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to assigned patient populations.
•Promotes teamwork and supports organizational goals by demonstrating flexibility in scheduling and shift assignments. When indicated, willingly takes on work to even out case load or meet schedule deadlines. Effectively collaborates with peers so that essential shifts are covered.
•Promotes safe and effective care through effective communication and workflow practices, including the use of THR specific and High Reliability Organization (HRO) communication and safety strategies.
•Promotes Quality in Practice through systematic measurement of outcomes, regular performance evaluations, and continuous improvement.
Maintains competence through ongoing self-evaluation and study aimed at identifying and closing relevant professional knowledge and/or performance gaps.

The hospital continues to grow and visiting campus today you will find a Women's Imaging and Breast Center, a bariatric clinic, an ambulatory surgery center and a variety of physician practices all dedicated to our evolving community health needs. You will see that our long awaited expansion is well underway! This expansion, focused on a healthy future in this high growth area of North Texas, will double the size of our hospital adding more patient beds, a Level 2 NICU, Cardiac Cath Lab and expanding other departments including Labor & Delivery, OR and the emergency room.
