Adventist Health is seeking a Lead Ultrasound Tech, Sonographer to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while guiding a collaborative, faith-based team. In this role, you'll perform diverse ultrasound exams, oversee daily workflow, and support whole-person care for patients-mind, body, and spirit. Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams following established protocols.
- Lead daily imaging workflow, assign cases, and support department throughput.
- Ensure exam quality, proper documentation, and timely image transfer to PACS/RIS.
- Mentor and train sonographers and students; provide technical guidance and feedback.
- Collaborate with radiologists and providers to optimize imaging plans and patient care.
- Uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory standards in all procedures.
- Engage patients with compassionate, whole-person care in a faith-based environment.
- Assist with protocol updates, equipment checks, and quality improvement initiatives.
