Overview

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Medical Assistant. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The MA will perform clinical and secretarial duties including assisting physicians with patient care and handling clerical and organizational tasks under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator. The MA must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Education required: HS/GED

License, Certification and/or Registration: ROT or CCMA certification required by first 90 days of employment

Experience: Minimum one-year full-time clinical experience in healthcare preferred
