Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare facility.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
• Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Assess and adjust patient care plans according to patient progress.
