Travel MedSurg RN

Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical-surgical nursing care to adult patients
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor condition changes
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments safely
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on care plans
• Document all care and patient responses in the EMR accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies
• Support continuity of care during admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Participate in shift handoffs and communicate key clinical updates
• Maintain professionalism and uphold Gifted Healthcare's standards of care
