Travel MedSurg RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Med
• Surg setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
