Travel PACU RN

Gifted Healthcare seeks a Travel PACU RN for assignments in Muskogee, OK. In this role, you will provide post-anesthesia recovery care, monitor vitals, manage pain, and ensure safe patient transitions. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams while following facility protocols and documentation standards. Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care for surgical patients in the PACUContinuously monitor vital signs, airway status, and level of consciousness
• Administer IV medications and manage pain per physician and anesthesia orders
• Recognize and respond to post-operative complications and emergencies
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EHREducate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Adhere to infection control, safety policies, and facility protocols
• Participate in handoff communication to ensure safe patient transitions
• Adapt quickly to new facilities, workflows, and travel assignment requirements
