Liberty Health seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations in a behavioral health and human services setting. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all nursing and clinical operations for the program or facility
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based nursing policies and care standards
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations and guidelines
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff and support their professional development
- Drive quality improvement initiatives using data and outcome metrics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and public-sector partners to coordinate person-centered care
- Manage nursing budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation
- Oversee risk management, patient safety, and infection control practices
- Engage in performance monitoring, reporting, and corrective action planning
