Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified physicians using online platforms, networking, and database tools.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare client stakeholders.
- Use ATS/CRM systems to track candidates, pipelines, and recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions with internal and client teams.
- Negotiate offers, compensation packages, and start dates with candidates.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights on recruiting performance and market talent trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
