Work location: THR Corporate Campus 612 East Lamar Blvd Arlington TX 76011
(Primarily Remote, must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area)
Work hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday) for 40 hrs/week.

· Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Or 4 Years Related experience in lieu of a degree. (Required)
· 5 Years To include:
- Reviewing and assessing construction, infrastructure and cabling systems preferably on large enterprise and/or commercial projects.
- Project coordination experience in an information technology or healthcare environment.
- Structured cabling oversight.
- Capturing requirements, creating project plans and project schedules, producing project communications and driving projects to key dates. (Required)
· PMP - Project Management Professional Certification (Preferred)
What You Will Do
Provide project coordination and oversight for the projects to which they are assigned through the production of plans, documentation of project deliverables, stakeholder communication, and adherence to all ITS procedures and processes. Ensure assigned projects produce the required outcomes within the defined quality, time and cost constraints, and facilitates realization of the benefits defined.
PROJECT COORDINATION
· Manage multiple potentially large and complex projects.
· Interface and collaborate with real estate, THR departments, internal ITS staff and appropriate vendors to define and deliver a complete end to end solution that incorporates all needed requirements.
· Perform site visits for documentation of existing system and building conditions as required on each project.
· Develop design/construction documents, technology project budgets, level proposals, coordinate with systems vendors, monitor and inspect work performed as required on each project.
· Ensure any cabling, network/telecom hardware, end user equipment and user experience aspects of the project are identified and delivered as required on each project.
· Document the project scope and requirements at the beginning of each project.
· Ensure the scope is adequately defined and understood by the full project team and tracks the scope of the project throughout the project life cycle.
· Follows PMO and Governance processes for scope change requests or scope creep.
· Document that all project requirements are accounted for in the planning and execution of the project.
RISK AND ISSUE MANAGEMENT
· Work with the project team to identify and document any risks to the projects including internal, external and environmental risks.
· Determine with the project team and stakeholders the appropriate response action for identified risks and documents the action plans for the agreed upon response.
· Work with team to determine the urgency and impact of any known issues to prioritize resource utilization.
· Track action plans to address project issues including ownership assignment, due dates, vendor management and stakeholder communication.
· Appropriately manage issue escalation through the project team chain of command and the ITS chain of command with assistance from direct management when needed.
PROJECT EXECUTION & COMMUNICATION
· Assemble project plans; directs and monitors work effort according to the project plans; identifies and escalates as needed resource, quality and timeline issues appropriately.
· Create meaningful and useful project status reports that include appropriate details to describe the current state of the projects.
· Meet with the project stakeholder(s) to ensure that the project is addressing the needs of the project sponsor(s) and business owner(s).
· Attend meetings involving senior leadership and/or project steering committee meetings. Engage in direct communication with project team members and stakeholders to develop relationships.
· Work with testing resources to ensure that project testing methodology encompasses all the project requirements as required on each project.
