Job Description
Centra Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide evidence-based nutrition care for inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation patients. The RD will complete comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to support recovery and chronic disease management. Responsibilities include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, documenting in the EMR, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives.
