Signature HealthCARE seeks a Resource Director of Nursing to support clinical operations across our long-term care and post-acute facilities. This nursing leader will provide onsite support to centers needing interim or supplemental DON coverage, guide clinical teams, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and champion person-centered, faith-based care. Responsibilities include overseeing resident assessments, care planning, quality improvement, staff education, and survey readiness while modeling servant leadership, fostering teamwork, and driving continuous improvement in resident outcomes and satisfaction.
