Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for preparing and maintaining efficient daily Interventional Radiology schedules based on physician requests, patient needs, cancellations, add-on/emergent cases, equipment, staffing, and room availability. Ensures accurate scheduling and optimal utilization while minimizing delays.

Responsibilities

Schedule and update daily and future surgical/IR procedures. Coordinate changes, cancellations, and add-on/emergent cases. Verify procedure, site, equipment, staffing, and physician availability. Distribute accurate schedules to clinical teams and physicians. Identify and resolve scheduling or equipment conflicts. Collaborate with IR leadership, anesthesia, nursing, and other clinical teams. Maintain accurate scheduling information and required room volumes. Follow organizational standards and Cerner EMR procedures.

* 1-3 years

Pay Range: $18.50 to $30.09 Based On Experience
