Dietitian

LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a Dietitian (RDN) to deliver evidence-based medical nutrition therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings. The Dietitian will assess nutritional status, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists, and provide patient and family education to support disease management and wellness. This role contributes to quality initiatives, documents care in the EMR, and supports community and population-health programs within a compassionate, mission-driven health system focused on innovation and professional growth.
