Alaska Surgery Center in Anchorage, AK seeks a Surgical Tech to support a high-quality, outpatient, multi-specialty surgical environment. In this role, you will prepare operating rooms, set up instruments and equipment, and maintain a sterile field for procedures including orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, and other specialties. You'll assist surgeons and nurses by anticipating needs, performing accurate counts, handling specimens, and turning over rooms efficiently. Working in a patient-centered, team-oriented culture, you'll uphold strict safety and infection-control standards while contributing to excellent surgical outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
